School System
Saisei High School—the very school your character will find themself attending. In fact, a lot of their time is going to be spent here, what with classes and clubs. This school most closely resembles a typical Japanese school, in that:
✦ The school year starts in the spring
✦ Students have a homeroom and do not change classrooms during the day (the teachers do the swapping)
✦ Students are primarily responsible for keeping the school clean (so time spent cleaning isn't uncommon)
✦ Shoes cannot be worn in the school, so students are provided these indoor slippers to swap into
...among other things I'll remember to add.✦ Students have a homeroom and do not change classrooms during the day (the teachers do the swapping)
✦ Students are primarily responsible for keeping the school clean (so time spent cleaning isn't uncommon)
✦ Shoes cannot be worn in the school, so students are provided these indoor slippers to swap into
But yes! Since it's a school, characters will be attending classes (which are handwaved, like, you can decide to have threads that occur DURING class and whatnot, but there aren't actual class posts for you to look out for) and joining clubs that align with their interests.
Years
Despite the school deliberately shortening the length of the curriculum, where an entire season lasts around 10 IC days (1 OOC month,) students are still referred to as "first/second/third years" as they advance. Upperclassmen, of course, have some advantages that their underclassmen don't have.1First Years (Months 1-4)
✦ Arrive without their powers.✦ Share a dorm room with up to 3 other first years.
2Second Years (Months 5-8)
✦ Regain their powers.✦ Share a dorm room with 1 other second year (though exceptions may apply.)
3Third Years (Months 9-12)
✦ Get a customized dorm room of their own, with a personal balcony.Campus

AThe Main Building
The largest building on campus, embellished with a clock you can see from the entrance gates. Its three floors are specifically divided for each of the three years—first years on the first floor, second years on the second floor, etc. In addition to your standard classrooms, you'll also find the specialized classrooms that are shared between all years, such as the science lab, music room, and so on.❖ Entrance
The easiest place to run into someone at the start and end of the day, since it's where your shoes are kept—and you probably can't leave without those. There are several rows of shoe lockers, and each student is assigned one of their own. Not much else fits in these lockers apart from footwear... and notes, and chocolates.
❖ Club Rooms
The entire right wing of the building is devoted exclusively to the school's many club rooms—this school takes its club functions VERY seriously! Beside each door is a wooden plaque with the engraving of a unique symbol, denoting which club this room represents.
❖ Student Council’s Office
The Student Council oversees all club activities, and help to facilitate the various events that run throughout the school year. If you have a suggestion or a complaint, you can find them at this very office (if they're not busy elsewhere.) You can't miss it the school's symbol painted in gold on their door; next to it is a wooden plaque that's been engraved with its current members.
❖ Library
A brightly-lit space, with several bookshelves containing study guides, novels, reference material, and more. There are, of course, several tables suitable for studying or working at, and there's usually a librarian who hushes loudmouths.
❖ Infirmary
Feeling ill? Or maybe... feeling like skipping class and taking a nap instead? For whatever reason, the infirmary can take care of any injury, including stuff a hospital would normally take care of—all it takes is a rest in the bed, and perhaps some ointment and bandages. Don’t question how it all works so easily, just know that this school is outfitted to take care of all its students.
❖ Teacher’s Office
Between some classes, and after most, the teachers can be found at their desks in this room, catching up on their work. Every so often a teacher might summon a student to give them a firm talking to, be it about their grades, club, or [something hiatus/drop-related.] If inclined, teachers may even ask members of the student council to take care of some things for them... but otherwise, students aren't really supposed to be in here.
❖ Restrooms
Kabedoning in the restrooms is just as popular as kabedoning in the hallways, you know! But the tl;dr is that you’ll find restrooms on each floor, and they’re what you'd expect of restrooms.
❖ Rooftop
On the third floor is a staircase leading up to a door. Staff usually likes to keep this door locked—but occasionally this door is unlocked, or even left open. If you know how to pick a lock, it won't matter. Anyone who finds their way up here will get a great view of the whole island/town/school, along with a great place to eat lunch, skip class, and/or have all your dramatic anime confessions.
NOTE: The door occasionally being locked is purely for atmosphere, players do NOT need to ask if the rooftop is accessible, just go for it.

BAthletic Facilities
❖ Gymnasium
The gymnasium doubles as the school auditorium when assemblies and ceremonies call for it (which would explain the curtained stage along the back wall.) Fortunately, the stage isn't intrusive in this otherwise enormous gym—you have more than enough space for activities (sports or otherwise.) Basketball hoops are mounted on the wall, but it's easy to get other equipment and sporting goods since the storage room is just a door a way. Not far from storage is another door leading to the lockers/showers, and yet another that opens to the outdoor pool.
❖ Pool
Though it's covered and closed in the winter, the pool can be accessed during every other part of the year. Some phys-ed courses will involve swimming, particularly in the summer.
❖ Sports Field
A sports field with bright grass, encircled by a track, that's utilized for outdoor physical activities and events. The steps leading down into this depressed field are often used as makeshift bleachers, though no official games are ever held here specifically. All of the supplies to set up a specific sports field, whether you need nets or chalk, can be found in the storage room in the gym.
CSchool Store
The school store isn't an actual building that students can enter, it's an establishment that characters can line-up at outside. As shown on the campus map, it's also surrounded by umbrella'd tables (WITH chairs,) for students to eat at if they don't take their lunch elsewhere (such as their classroom, as is standard.) There's definitely more than just the two tables shown on the map, but definitely nowhere near enough for Every student attending this school to eat here all at once. There's also a giant gacha machine that only takes giant coins sitting beside the school store.
Anyway, just like almost every other establishment in this game, the school store uses that handwaved allowance all students receive. The store closes in the early evening, not long after classes end for the day. So long as you're not trying to hit this place after dark, you're golden to buy whatever's still available—which, as far as food goes, is leftover bread that didn't sell during the day.
Please see the School Store page for more info on what the school store sells, as well as the milestone rewards you can exchange for.
Events
When I say "event" I don't mean it in specifically the rp sense, but to refer to any big activity, school festivity, or local holiday that could come up during your character's stay. It's not an exhaustive list, but below are some events that could come up for that season:Spring
✦ Entrance Ceremony✦ Cherry Blossom Week
✦ International Competition
Summer
✦ Tanabata Festival✦ Sports Festival
✦ Camping Trip
Fall
✦ Halloween Party✦ School Field Trip
✦ Culture Festival
Winter
✦ Christmas Party✦ Valentines/White Day
✦ Graduation Ceremony
!!Note: not every event will occur every time the season comes around
More specifically, not every possible event for that season will feasibly fit into one OOC month, meaning some will be skipped. There are also events that would be overwhelming to repeat every 4 months—while some would be far too overwhelming to have in back-to-back months! For example, a big Halloween party one month followed by a big Christmas party the NEXT month would be hell to RP, right? In that case, their occurrences would alternate every "year;" if a Halloween party is happening this "year," then a Christmas party isn't happening until next "year." There will also be games to take into account. So, tl;dr: since each season occurs every 4 OOC months, expect to see some variety.
